After two years, if the physician successfully completes a course of study in neuro-diagnostic testing and successfully completes a relevant clinical skills assessment program and any remediation recommended by such a program, he will be able to apply to the Director for a modification of the terms of this order permitting him to resume conducting, interpreting, and/or billing for neuro-diagnostic testing services.
